KK Day 1 : Arrived Kota Kinabalu Airport

We finally arrived Kota Kinabalu airport after two and half hours flight. We arrived at 12.00non. We were planning to find a budget car rental outside the airport but we couldn’t find one! The day we arrived in at Saturday, it suppose to have many car rental agents waiting at outside of the airport and promote their car rental services, right? But we found nothing. Maybe I was wrongly estimate the situation will be the same as Langkawi.
Then, we check the car rental services in airport counter, the offer they have just same like what I got from online car rental. Too expensive, we decided to take taxi to our hotel and I continued to call other car rental company or look nearby the hotel. We spent RM20.00 per taxi for the journey from KK airport to Marina Court Condo. Its only 15 minutes drive only. According to the taxi driver, the charges just increased to RM20 instead of RM15 when I ask why so expensive. Well, don’t know is true or not but we have no other choice.
