KK Day 1 : Lunch At Asia City Food Court

By admin | March 14, 2008

After we settle down all the thing at Marina Court Condo is already 1.30pm. We have a walk nearby and start our journey to look for lunch. And search for car rental at the same time. I talk about the car rental in another post, now I want to write about my lunch at Asia City.

At first, we search for lunch at Api-Api center, we saw Chicken rice restaurant, fast food and some restaurant serves Malay and India food. But it does not attractive us, one of the reasons is my father is quite picky, he prefer Chinese good and we prefer to try local Sabah food rather that something we could easily found in KL.

We across a big road then reach the Asia City which is opposite of Marina Court Condo, then found a Chinese coffee shop. We though want to eat simple there but almost leave nothing in the mixed rice stall. So we call for order. Lucky they do cook for us.

We have ginger fish fillet, taste good.

Sour and Sweet pork rid. Taste good.

Fried Egg suggested my the stall owner for the children, but it look like too plain and over salty.

Shu Chai Choi, OK but why only leaf? Later, I only know that is actually is the Shu Chai Choi we have for PanMee, but not Sabah shu chai choi. It’s different!

Corn and Egg soup. I like this the most, very tasty.
