Online Car Rental In Kota Kinabalu

I have decided to take the car rental service in our Kota Kinabalu Trip. Threfore, I tried to search online to see what is the car rental price and to check what kind of car model is suitable for 6 adults and 4 children.
After some consideration, I decided to pick the Kia Pregio Van that able to fit up to 10 persons. According to what I get online, the price range for this Van is charges at RM450.00. The most cheapest I could get is about RM400.00 base on 24 hours a day. The price is quite expensive to me, stingy could not be deal with that kind of price. :p
I google search the car rental company located in Kota Kinabalu and give them a call to check the price. Oh MY! I could not believe what I heard from the phone! Do you know how much it cost for a Kia Pregio Van per day? The guy told me, it will cost RM250.00 per day! In addition, might apply for discount if rent the car for more than 2 days!
Moral of the story! Don’t really depends on the price you found online. Try to get a company not listed online might help you to save a lot of money. Now with the saving of RM150.00 per day, I would save RM450.00 for 3 days!

Hi, I found the car rental telephone at http://www.sabahtourism.com/sabah-malaysian-borneo/en/directory/category/16-transportation-car-rental/, but I couldn’t remember which company I called already. Try your luck on those without their own website one.
