We wake up at 5am because wanted to get the Hakone Romance Car which departure at 7.30am. I was so troublesome today. I only know that I lost the key room when I want to check out. And lost key will cost me 5000 yen! Yeap, they already note it any lost key will charge 5000 yen as penalty. :’(
I kept find here and there but still cannot found it. And this had made me late to meet with CP. When I am in the lobby and told the hotel staff I have lost the room key, they only told me I left the key outside the room! I do not take the key after open it! What a forgetful person I am. But lucky, I do not need to spend the 5000 Yen for lost key.
We store the big luggage in the suncity Ikebukuro hotel with free of charge. We will back to the same hotel at 7th and 8th as well. Then we left the hotel around 6.30am with backpack and stroller to Hakone. CP has bought the one way Hakone Romance Car ticket and free pass at 5,870 yen per person yesterday. So, we just heading to the Shinjuku station and look for the train directly.
870 Yen is the Hakone Romance Car fees and 5000 is the free pass for train and bus in Hakone for 2 days. We get the Hakone Romance Car at time and have our 1 hour spent in the train from Shinjuku (新宿) to Hakone (箱根). We have breakfast in the train. There is a train attendant pushing trolley with food and drink to sell to passenger. I bought a simple bento at 500 yen and a cup of hot coffee (hotto kohi) at 200 yen. SQ & Kiki are very tired. So both of them sleep in the train and I have a short time to take a short nap as well.
