Tokyo Day 4 : Ramen Japan Mutekiya 池袋無敵家拉麵

By admin | July 15, 2008

Tonight, I am feel a bit headache, so I just ask fatty to pack some food for me. I have to get ready some clothing and necessary items that we need to use on next two days. So that I could ready the big luggage and courier to next hotel. Luggage courier out will be arrive after the day send out only. Therefore, I have to prepare clothing for tomorrow and morning and night. Of course also other necessary items too.

After ready all, I have a short nap in hotel and leave SQ & Kiki play in the room. I don’t care lah..Let them play until the room up-side down lah. After took Panadol, I must get myself sleep for awhile. Lucky my energy had re-charged very fast. After fatty brought the dinner back, I already feel very good liao. I feel very hungry and want to eat more; Fatty bought too little for us lah..So we decided to go out look for food again.

We meet CP in the lift lobby and decided to follow them to Ramen Japan Mutekiya (無敵家拉麵) to have our second dinner. We walk to the east Ikebukuru and look for the ramen shop. It is not far from the Ikebukuru Station, I think is about 5 – 10 mins walk only. There were many people queue outside the shop and waiting for seats. Anyway, we took about 40 minutes to queue. It was still consider ok while queue and chitchating with friends. However, I think restaurant like this is not suitable to bring baby, their place just too small. Totally has no place to put a stroller or even a baby chair.

The waitress took our order before seat. And ramens are served in very big portion (you could request for big set without extra charges), so paiseh I could not finish it even share with SQ.

However, I think if I didn’t take dinner in the hotel before this I should able to finish it..haha Food is yummy and the noodle is very chewable. Soup is very tasty too. Worth to wait for it. Although the price is not cheap but not expensive tough..Around 890 – 1190 Yen per bowl.

It was already 10pm after ramen dinner. No more activities for today as we have to recharge energy for tomorrow itinerary.
