Tokyo Day 8 : Rain Could Not Stop Me To Shop!

Rain started in the early morning, I had checked Japan weather forecast website, and it showed raining from the morning until afternoon today. According to other travelers, Japan JMA weather website provides very accurate forecast. I am collecting the Tokyo weather information for two months already. The most accurate forecast usually is within 2 days, which is today and tomorrow. Forecast for a week change quite often, especially forecast of raining day. Anyway, you must check this very useful tool for your trip planning. At least you can plan where to go if raining.
I still have 1/3 of yen; I did not have change to shop at all. It just too hard to shop with two kids around. I tried not to let hubby take care of SQKiki alone and wait for me at outside, he looks very pity. Well, once a while sure have lah, I TRIED not to do that often mah. :p
Fatty and I have feared to walk in Disney again. Maybe we just not so crazy about Disney and two days already enough to discovered and let kids have fun Disneyland. Therefore, I decided to go SHOPPING today and ignore the Disney 3 days magic passport ! I want to spend all the yen! Wah..So excited when think of able to spend all the money for shopping. I have decided to go either Ueno or Ikebukuro today, because I read that these two places have many shop selling cheap drugs.
