Autumn08 Day 2 : Uji Garden (宇治公園) & River Uji

I thought we could work and explore every place of Uji slow after saw the Uji Map. However, I am kind of lazy to walk after visited the Uji Byodoin (平等院). I already started feeling tire and no more energy to walk around.Well, But we still couldn’t stop and continue to walk through the Uji Garden (宇治公園) and heading to Ujikami Jinja (宇治上神社).
It was very relax to walk in Uji Garden actually. I am very regretted didn’t buy any bento to “picnic” there. I saw many Japanese sit in the Garden and enjoy their bento and such great views. There are some long chair at both side of river Uji-gawa, they just sit there and enjoy the food.
Some of them even just sit on the ground, eat and drink and chitchating. wow..soo relaxing.. see..we should buy bento and enjoy our lunch here. It was already 1pm but we haven’t eat anything yet..*sob*..make me so envy them could enjoy lunch with such wonderful view.
To avoid more heartache..we better don’t look at them again and just head to our next destination – Ujigami Jinja (宇治上神社).
