Summer Trip : PCCW Wifi Prepaid Card in Hong Kong

We agreed to separate into two teams after shop at Citygate Outlet, Tung Chung. I bring SQKiki, my father and nephew to Prodential Hotel to do the check in first and Fatty, my mother,  sister and friend back to Disneyland Hollywood Hotel to collect luggage, so that we do not have to collect luggage in big group.

Plan worked well except stupid me forgot that I didn’t bring my passport and worst was my group all didn’t bring passport! My passport kept in big luggage which I though I didn’t need to bring to Disneyland. And my father passport was with my mother! So.. Finally we have to wait in the hotel lobby for almost 2 hours for hubby. The hotel need passport to do check in, and they not allow us to do check in without passport! KNN betul..

Anyway, I already smsed hubby and hopefully they could arrived early. Besides that, I went to a 7-11 convenient shop to buy phone prepaid card, so that we could contact each other with cheap telephone fees. I bought the PCCW HKD98 mobile prepaid card with wifi features and HKD68 mobile prepaid card without wifi feature.Two number also start with 9xxx xxxx.

I am quite regret to get the prepaid card with wifi feature, at first I thought their HKD20 for 1 day wifi is very cheap. However, I could only use the wifi in MTR station most of the time! Couldn’t connect in hotel at all. So, not worth also. Maybe they have other place that support but I found nowhere. :(

HKD98 prepaid have HKD150 talktime after activate and the HKD68 come with another HKD10 free topup. My sister finished all the value because she used it to sms back to country very often and I didn’t use much and leave quite many value inside.  Furthermore, it could only use in Hong Kong and not Macau!
