Summer Trip : Tung Chung Citygate Outlet (東薈城名店倉)

We supposed to meet my sister, friend and nephew at 12noon in Disneyland station, but we were late due to Disneyland Lion King show. The show ended at 12.00noon, and it took us 30 minutes to go toilet, fill water and walk to the station. haha…They already wait inside when we arrived. We straight away take train to our next destination – Tung Chung Citygate outlet.
Disneyland (迪士尼) → Sunny Bay Station (欣澳)→ Tung Chung (東涌) @ (HKD11.30 / 17mins)
We arrived outlet at about 1.00pm. It just the right time for lunch! We have our lunch at second floor food court. I read the review at openrice.com saying that the Fusion rice bowl serves qutie tasty food, so was planed to try it.
We ordered 6 set of rice but couldn’t finish all, the such a big portion serves just too much for 6 adults and 3 children. Of course price per set is not cheap if compare with food in Malaysia but it is consider fair in Hong Kong. 1 set cost around HKD40 – HKD50 without drink. hmm..now I only notice that I didn’t take photos! I didn’t snap many photos this trip. don’t know why..haha
Outlet might be a great places for those who like to shopping but for us just like a normal Mall, for window shopping only. We couldn’t afford to buy branded products even after 70% discount. haha..Anyway, I found the crocs shop which is having sales and the price consider ok for me. So grabbed for hubby, nephew, mother and myself each one. Also, I found the Oslee Sleeping mask in Manning pharmacy here. Grabbed few bottles mask at HKD98.00 with buy 1 free 1, which is HKD49.00 per bottle, cheap mah…:p
Besides that I also being kehpoh went into cinema and peep the ticket price. Ticket is selling at HKD55. wahseh… RM25 for movie show? really high living cost ah.. However, fast food in Hong Kong seem not so expensive if compare to their local food. 1 set fast food included fun fried and drink at HKD25 – 30 while local food without drink is HKD35 – 45.
