Day 1 : About Air Asia Seat Arrangement & Retime

I booked the flight to Langkawi last year. I did not know about actual school holiday for the year of 2010 at that time, so I could only estimate the school holiday date. However, I wrongly thought that there are two weeks school holiday in March. Therefore, I just booked flight from Saturday to Monday. I was wrong. Monday is the first day of school. Although this trip I booked for another two families but only my family is going to the trip.
I online check in the flight on Thursdays afternoon, I tried to be the first to do online check in and wanted to see what seat Air Asia would offer to us since we have no pick the seat. There are nine passengers in this booking. Guess how AA assigned us the seats? They gave me the last two rows, which is 3 + 3 and then another two seat at front that is quite far away. If I want to pick a seat then I could only buy all seats together but not only one or two. Cunning oh..Anyway, I just check in for our family, lucky we could still use other member’s seat although they not check in. Because AA already assigned all the seats to passengers. Moreover, the flight is full, so no alternative seat to request for change at counter already.
I escaped from office at 11am. Lucky boss is outstation already if not I would need to take leave. Haha.. Then we departure from apartment at 11.50am and arrived LCCT at 12.45pm. We settle our lunch at Marry Brown and then I went to AA Services counter to ask for if I could request to change the Bali return flight at September due to their retime is too late for us. The time reschedules 1 hour later and it will be midnight when we arrived airport. Again, Cunning AA, they said they would compliment passengers to change flight without additional charges if retime the flight more than 2 hours only. WTF, sure they would try the best not to retime more than 2 hours lor.. They do not want to let us change flight without pay anything what.
Our flight to Langkawi has postponed 20 minutes because the airplane only arrived at 2pm and they need time to clean the airplane. Lucky not delay for 1 or 2 hours, else we would bore until die already. 1-hour flight is fast. It seem like we just sit down, gave sqkiki some snack, do some coloring then already time to landing at Langkawi Airport.
