Summer Trip Day 2 : DIY Breakfast at Brisbane

Wake up at 5.00am, sky already bright like 9am in Malaysia.

Today we have to leave apartment before 6.15am. So that, We could reach Roma station Holiday Inn Hotel before 7.15am. Our Moreton Island tour guide would pick us up there at 7.15am.

So no choice to wake up early and to save money we have to cook breakfast ourself lor. I brought some pepper and salt too. So no problem for us to prepare simple breakfast lor.

Here is my homemade spaghetti with bacon and sauce.

Cole branded orange and mango fruit juice at AUD1.69 for 2 litre.

We reached South Brisbane station around 6.40am. After bought return journey ticket wait at platform for 5 minutes, then curious how come the sighboard show train would arrive at 7.05am only.  Asked a friendly person in platform then we only know that due to today this Sunday, train are not running as often as weekday!

No matter we are walking (walk at least 15 – 20 mins)  or take taxi (hardly find taxi at this early morning) we might not able to reach there on time. Since its Roma Station just one stop from South Brisbane Station, so we decided to gamble and wait for train. Perhaps we might reach Holiday Inn Hotel on time or just spoilt the AUD150 tour fees per person. If really missed the pick up then really cry also no use lor.. RM1,900.00 would gone ler.. *sob*

We have a lucky day as we manage to reach there just on time! The tour guide already ask if we are the one booked his tour when we run walk toward him. Its 7.14am when we reached Holiday Inn hotel and lucky the hotel just located besides Roma Station! Exit at Roma Station and turn left will do. Blur blur me still ask a couple who stand in front of Roma Station exit where is Holiday Inn. They must be very curious why I am stand so near also kenot see the hotel signboard, :p
